    I Want One

    Comment

      Haha, what have I started!!?

They are both factory sealed as you can see but one has a tiny piece of the wrapping missing at the top. Obviously both have stubborn price labels on (does anyone know how to get them off without tearing the seal?).

And yup, I will be selling one but I don't want to piss off any mods by touting for buyers here - I will put one up in the Buying thread soon or PM me or something (whatever is cool with the mods). Not really looking to make a profit on it as I understand it will go to a collector who will enjoy it, but as you all know they hardly ever turn up for sale. Took me 2 years to find these again (I used to have one and stupidly sold it - regretted it ever since!)

Nice find, finding one is tricky enough. It may be an obscure handheld but my god some of the games are stupidly hard to find.

Try warming up the glue with a hairdryer, & peeling veeeeeery slowly. If your lucky it will lift without taking the artwork/seal with it.

Thanks for the tip, I've heard stuff like WD-40 is good for residue too. Probably on a cotton bud or something - anyone have any experience using this?

If it's on the plastic wrapper you might get away with it. Defintely not on the cardboard as it will stain anything it touches.

I use isopropyl for anything like that, but I haven't been able to get any for a while, I usually get some from my brother's lab whenever I can. Nail varnish remover is not up to the task!

Looking forward to the extra stage on Strider - if I ever get round to digging out out my Duo.

Really pleased to get a minty Japanese Lunar II to go with the USA version I already have , and happy to get a Replacement launch DC Box (after my original box was lost) . Oh and Strahl is classic FMV goodness

Nice haul TA. I've never heard of Strahl despite being partial to FMV games. What's it like?
