Don't think Buffalo do a MD pad, never seen one anyway. You can use a real MD pad via USB with one of these

No PS3 to test it on I'm afraid, but it doesn't need any drivers because it's a generic HID device, so it should work.
It doesn't feel exactly like a Snes pad, the buttons are kinda 'clicky' as opposed to the 'mushy' feel of the proper pad's buttons... it's nice for the price, and works a charm on emulators, but it's not a patch on the real thing.
I've only seen Snes and Famicom ones, but I'm gonna have a bit of an explore and see if there are any more.
EDIT - Looks like there are some excellent options on that Retrousb site!

I'll look forward to hearing if this one pictured is any good though as I'd like to replace the white and green one.

No problem. Thanks for the info, I was being a div anyway, I wanted to use it for ps1/ps2 retro stuff on the ps3 until the penny dropped. I keep trying to find ways of not buying the real thing again (another snes/md/pce etc) but I want really. Must be strong.

Edit: Just checked my emails for the recent Famicom and Disk System I bought, got charged customs on that as well and that came to £36.41 in total including the handling fees.
Received this today, not a huge fan of Metroid games but it was brand new and cheap.

Personally I would have had it shipped via normal airmail, declared at US$20 and stuck two fingers up at the usual suspects...Lie with passion and be forever damned...

Feast your eyes on this puppy !!
Trolling on Swedish Ebay (Tradera) and came across this beaute
Only bidder was me and i won it for 1 skr (8,5 pence). Since the auctioneer described it as "untested" i guess i was the only one interrested, i figured i could always fix it up incase of it not being operable.
But....It worked like a charm
Interresting solution to the AC supply, it pluggs in to the A/V cable as not to be a hinderence when holding the Controller/Famiclone/lightgun device thingy.
It also came with 128 built-in games and as far as i've been able to asertain - no repeats
All in all a lovely piece of kit.

I did indeed buy your famicom twinand such a nice little console, still going strong!
I like the disk games but love all the different colours and shapes the cartridges come in, although they're a bugger to find in good condition..
