super mario land (boxed compelte) £2.00
Pierre Le chef is out for lunch (original gb game) 99p
pokemon blue 99p
gb colour £3

Had to buy the colour to get the 2 gb games (not super mario land) I've already got a GBA SP, GB Micro and a GB player and a boxed GB Colour. what am I gonna do with this one? that's basically worthless

Some of my recent purchases.


Most of this stuff cost less than a fiver (if not free XD )! I was particularly pleased with Waverace 64 and the tamagotchi thing, cos they were like brand new, minter than mint. Had to pick up Worms World Party after that bloody Ouenben got me in the mood for Worms with his Armageddon gbc. R-type DX was his fault too, but I'd been meaning to re-buy that for a long long time. It comes highly recommended by the way, had a lot of fun clocking that on the train
The lord of the rings boxset is an audiobook on cassette (yes, eveything I own has to be oldschool), which I've been trying to track down for a number of years since listening to it as a kid (it was this specific set). £30 it was, all told, so I was quite happy with that too.

Currently in the post;
Resi 2 (gamecube)
Colony wars
A chipped playstation (£20 incl. shipping), so I can finally get back to playing my jap psx games (bought them all in Japan nearly 2 years ago and had nothing to play them on since). This means I don't have to fork out for an expensive PAL copy of FFVII, which I lent to a friend of my brother's and never saw again

I've got a whole pile of gameboys like this. Colors, originals, pockets etc. must have about 20 or more. All from car boot sellers who don't want to split. It goes a bit like "how much for the gb and games?" "?5" "how much for the games only?" "?5" "ok, I'll have the lot then".

I've had the opposite problem in the past! £25 quid for an N64 and a stack of games, and I go 'nah, I'll just have a few games at a fiver each please'. Ended up spending nearly twenty quid on them anyway! That was a good day actually, cos they were all boxed up the ass.

Forgot about these I got from a charity shop the other day. Not bad for £1.99 each. They had Nigel Mansell something something, but bollox to that! Also, a SNES for a fiver, but I bought that mostly for the adapter so I can play on my NES.

Nice haul! I'm dissapointed to see R-type's the only Gameboy game though!

Good to see you've got the original rayman there (although you didn't like it did you?) charming little platformer, specially great on the GB micro
What's Resi 2? Pal or NTSC?
