Or the smarts to copy the cd to an iso image, change the games region to match the machine and then burn it back to cd.

Probably bought 'em from Gamestation in Walsall. I'm up there later, I'll go hunt him down

A good solution ... if it works. I tried that with a couple. It worked for Dennin Aleste - but not with Masked Rider Zo.

Yeah, I gave up after those two. Was somewhat irritated that the one that it DID work for was one that I could have got in PAL anyway ft:

By the time I got hold of Ninja Warriors I had got myself a CD Plus anyway.

I sold my CD Plus on ebay last year for ?60! Only cost me ?19.99 from Telegames...mind you, that was back in 1997...

It has always worked for me, doing that little region change thing. Some games don't like the wrong refresh rate mind, so you defo need a video and langauge switch installed. It's only so the MCD will boot the game like. I've got Lunar, Snatcher and all sorts done like this I don't see how it can go wrong as the image structure is the same for all MCD games afaik.

Yeah changing the bloody country .iso never worked on the mega-cd. Works great on Saturn backups. But picked up a mint boxed jap Mega-CD 2 +Jap Final Fight CD, for a trade with my own modded Saturn that cost me a tenner!! Ahh the joys of being an ex-CEX employee!!...

Back to the subject, tried patching Snatcher, Spiderman, Sonic & Silpheed to Jap they either corrupted or play then freeze!!

I saw an annoying one the other day, your usual four pack garbage but it had WWF rage in a cage (worth money0 and theme park CD (I didn't realise how rare it was at the time).

It went for 20 quid.

Rage in A Cage is only occasionally worth money. Usually it goes for about a fiver, but every now and again people go crazy over it for some reason and it goes for ?40 - ?50

Theme Park however, is another matter. Was this an ebay UK auction? ?20 is steal for a bundle that includes Theme Park ...

Yeah it was, I know what you mean abnout rage in a cage, strange. I wasn't that arsed at first, it was like, I would at best have made 20 quid, theme park is on about 7 different formats so it can't be worht that much...

Actually it ended up going for 40, but that's still a damn good deal I think.
