I got one of those with my white Saturn, but haven't really figured out everything that it does yet. It has an Action Replay menu screen, but doesn't have any Action Replay branding so its proabably some dodgy knock off, but mine works fine as a memory card. Don't know if it allows you to play other Pal games on an NTSC machine and vice versa, I'll dig it out later this week.

Only problem I can think of will be if you want to play Pal optimised games on an NTSC console, I think Guardian Heroes was one of them.Comment

you will need 50/60Hz switch and compatible TV to run PAL Guardian Heroes... I have fully mod'd PAL unit among others...Comment
