Is Samurai Showdown 3 (JAP) and Real Bout (JAP) worth buying on PS1????

Hi there forumites! Now i dont expect this forum to be here for very long but just a quick question is Samurai Showdown 3 (JAP) and Real Bout something something, worth buying for the PS1???? Also how would i go about playing them??? Could i use a PS2 region unlock CD thing or would i have to use a PS1 chip????? Please help people. Thank you.

No idea what they're like, but the AES versions can be had for about ?30-35 so I wouldn't even bother.

LOL show me either at that price and i'm sold. I'd think more ?45-60 for Real Bout.

I hear Sam Sho 3 on psx is a suckball, other better versions are prolly worth paying the money for, good games.

Clearly, the ?1.50 PSone games are teh winnar.

Pretty much all the SNK games on the PSX are poor. Get a Saturn if you want SNK games and can't aford or be bothered with a NEO GEO or AES. But what ever you do don't buy Fatal Fury 3 on the Saturn because it's total wank. Real Bout is ok but Real Bout Special is the bee's knees Plus you can get Samurai Spirits 3 and 4.

I've played SS3 on the PS1 and it does indeed suck, and this is from someone who loves the SS games. You are better off getting the AES cart as its so much better.

RB2 Special is a great fighter if you can deal with the 2 planes stuff. SS3 didn't really fizz my whizz, probably because it is rock hard and I'm teh ghay at fighters.
