D2 (Warp, Dreamcast): request

Hi guys,
I've a simple question.

I'd like to know if all versions of Kenji Eno's bloody D2 got the plastic calendar as a bonus, even the 'normal' one (with Laura on a white background). I'm not quite sure about this thing, so please let me know.

I got both the USA and JP versions and never had that. I got the D2 remix music CD with mine

You can see that calendar, on the right of the jewel case.
I got the normal japanese version of D2 and I have no calendar (all the rest, actually... Spine card, flyers, insturctions...).

I though you meant a popper full size calendar. Didn't read tidy (sorry got a bit of an hangover).
Yeah I got that, Got mine at the Jp launch, would have though it came with every brand new copy. Remember they were about 4 differnt versions of the D2 case at launch too

I've got that edition of D2. I like how the cover looks 'frosted', athough you can't really see the effect that easily in your picture.

Well, I'll look for a brand new copy of the game, then: I realize that mine is incomplete (I got a normal version, not a special one... Do you got same version as mine?).

I've got all 4 versions of the Japanese release. The 3 special versions came with different coloured calendars. The version with Laura's face on the cover diding have the calendar.
