I'm usually pretty crap at spotting these things, but it looks like a re-seal to me. It's also the budget re-release so I reckon that it is a big rip-off.

I won a factory sealed usa zelda link to the past about 1-1/2 years ago for ?40 but i decided to sell it for the same price and just buy a cheap complete used copy for ?15.

Im quite sure ive seen the guy i sold it to trying to sell it for ?100 or more since.
