The only limited edition DC consoles I liked the look of personally were the Biohazard ones. Shame that the best one (STARS) was released in much smaller quantities.
They made 500 of them (200 were signed by the main rider of Taira Racing Corp (Motorbike racing). Maziora were a sponsor of the racing team back in 1999 and I'd imagine the bikes were painted with Maziora paint.
Maziora is a well respected paint brand in Japan, They produce very expensive polarised flip paints which change colour based on the viewing angle. Their paints are used on vehicles in D1 (Drift) Japanese Super GT and consumer trade shows amongst others.
That one on ebay doesn't come with any of the related documentation or certificates.
Its a really nice system and probably the nicest LE you'll ever see in the flesh.

Thanks for the info Kron
As an aside do you think that Ketsui on the DS will go up in price or down once the 360 version comes out?
I've got a sealed version but no DS!
Proof, if proof be needed, that if you put enough things up for silly enough prices for long enough, someone will eventually buy one of them.
The Mega CD version of Marko is probably the rarest PAL title for the machine. Still not worth that much but it's better than some of the crazy asking prices I've seen lately such as 32X Night Trap for ?150, Final Fight for ?100 and, the craziest of all, INXS Make My Video for ?60!!
