Interesting that ebay define new as "New: An item that is still in its original shrink wrap from the manufacturer and the original manufacturer’s seal (if applicable) has not been removed."
So if you bought games from the shops new but with a disc from "the drawer", you wouldn't then be able to sell on ebay as new.
