You can indeed cancel other bidders if you wish - or perhaps the bidder and the seller just came to an agreement, while the guy was highest bidder. Then all you have to do is close the auction and that's it.
By 'sidies' I mean the seller's sideburns ... they appear to be making a somewhat half-hearted bid for the full reach-around ..Comment
