Were there any dedicated Neo Geo pocket mags in the UK (I'm pretty sure there weren't)

can't remember when exactly it came out, all i can give is a rather vague autumn 99, the console was priced at rrp ?59.99 and the games at rrp ?29.99. There was no dedicated mags altough i do remember a DC mag under the name of Mr Dreamcast having a regular section dedicated to the NGPC

regarding the original neogeo pocket, was it given an official UK release? can't remember ever seeeing one of those in the shops

Dreamcast mags used to give the NGPC regular coverage, mainly in the news articles. SNK were sorta seen as the 'ally' by the Sega faithful.

It was? I must be going mad. Was it sold in high street shops? I remember getting my import NGPC when they came out in Japan, and I'm sure I'd never seen a monochrome one at that point.

The one I have (platinum model) has a combined english/european language/japanese manual.

I saw some at Birmingham Airport once, just before they pulled the plug on the UK. I should get one as i've got a mint Densha De Go to play on it.
