I have just done the 8bit yawwwn, and I got 420!

Some of the questions are very obscure and I think some are wrong.

Edit... Just did the Snes quiz and got 420!

I know the basics of snes rpg's, but I never play them, so I didn't know the answers to what seemed llike lots of rpg questions.

Nice quiz though, thanks for posting!

      370 for the snes test.
      Pretty nice and funny test

A pitty the nes test does not give the right answer when you are wrong.
      Didn't try to complete it.

Some of those NES questions are really ambiguous or badly worded. "How many sprites are allowed inside a NES cartridge?" What the **** does that mean?
NES isn't my forte anyway but I got 370.

And yeh on the SNES question 3 all of those games use Mode7.
And I despise when people call Yoshi's Island Super Mario World 2. The only reason the stupid pillocks at Nintendo of America slapped that on the artwork was because they didn't think it would sell being just called Yoshi's Island.

"Which of the following was downloadable through the BS Satellaview add-on to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System?" Erm... none. The Satellaview was only available for Super Famicom.

"What is the maximum number of colours allowed to be used within each SNES cartridge at any one time" Well, within the cartridge you can have 65355 colours allocated. On the screen, it's 256.

I got 470 in the end. What a **** quiz.

i think it was 32,000 colours - still plenty ammo for snes fanboys against the megadrive's meagre pallette though

Yeh my mistake, the SNES has a palette of 32,768 colours.
Still, so many of those questions are ambiguously worded or just plain wrong.

True, I did have a good think on a few before answering.
