The 2 thumb method worked for me, and didn't look completely ridiculous. And I could beat almost everyone on it. I was great on the Spectrum one as well though. Gotta love games which test your actual endurance.

I used to love this, my technique which normally won my races was:
1. Lay down
2. Hold the pad still with your left hand
3. Get get the nail* of your prefered finger and constantly move back and foward at fast speeds.
* Knuckle can be used but it'll bleed and hurt
I know I have Track and Field 2000 as well as Sydney around here somewhere, gonna have to get 'em out for a bash.Last edited by Myth; 15-03-2006, 08:27.

Me and my mates used to hammer this......literally! The hardest part was trying not to laugh, one look at your mates face whilst doing the hundred metres was all it took, and for some reason when the race started my feet were on the floor and then gradually raised up as i pummelled the buttons faster!!
