Interested in this, as i was an early(ish) adopter for the ED64 where you had to buy cart specific to your region of N64.

Yes I own one of these (from the PhenomMod store) as well as an EverDrive 64 X7. There isn't really much difference between them feature wise but this one is easier to get 64DD games running. I did see these on AliExpress with a lower quality shell for around £40 but either the listings were pulled or they sold through.

Is there a combination of pad buttons that returns to the menu or is the physical reset button the only option? #lazy

Also, my OSSC is freaking out in the menus and can't decide between interlaced / progressive and 2xx or 5xx resolution.

I don't think there's any IGR built into the cartridge unfortunately. I've got a hardware mod that performs that function for me as part of my N64RGB install.
