HuCards are a thing of beauty. I think the US SNES carts are pretty great too - satisfyingly chunky and sturdy + easy to stack and have end labels.

Master System has to be my least favourite. They are so ugly and boring

It really is. 29 years old and *still* the best. I miss my PC Engine,even the console itself was up there as one of the nicest, most efficiently designed bits of kit out there. Pure quality of design.

I know I already responded to this question before the thread got necromanced - my answer was Hucards, naturally - but I do have a soft spot for the original Gameboy carts. So cute, and they come with a nice snap lock case. I prefer the colour scheme and uniform design to the later GBC carts.

And one of the other great things about HuCards that really deserves a mention, they don't have crappy adhesive labels on them that no matter how much you look after them peel off and irritate the life out of you. Yes, I'm looking at you, Japanese MD carts.

Personally I like the Neo Geo Pocket Color carts, but that's inexorably linked to their snap case and larger packaging design, which I insist is the best out of any console's packaging.

H Cards are amazing. GB carts are great too. Also love SFC carts.

EA MD carts are smart too.
