I have the Cube Bio Hazard boxset, which is like rhs i think to find, and goes for about ?150.

The 5th anniversary set isn't that great. It's lacking all of the special editions of the PS1 titles and comes with those lackluster extras. Although the attache case is cool looking. You see it from time to time in Japan, same with the GC set but they aren't overly expensive.
