Daft question about Ground Zero Texas, MegaCD

I was just sorting through a load of MegaCD titles as i've just picked up some secondhand ones and I came across a Ground Zero Texas disc.

The only problem (or maybe not? is that the disc is marked disc 1..........and it's the only disc I have so im wondering if im missing half of the game. Is there a disc 2 etc etc?
