if sf2 the cps1 versions are really the best then why at evo and super battle opera etc, do they use either hyper sf2, or ssf2x?

i rest my case.

Possibly because they're more popular? I never once said that the CPS-1 versions were the best, I just said that I liked them the best. Judging by posts here I'm not the only one who feels this way, either.

you said yourself and many others felt sf2 didnt need to be changed as it was already "perfection", i was simply giving a few reasons as to why capcom made changes(apart from just money).

i actually used to love sf2 hf on snes best of all(about 4 years back) untill i started playing hyper, which then led to ST and from there........there was(imo) no comparison tbh.

but different strokes and all that.
