    Tough call, anything from £120 for an AV 4000 to £250 for a fully wired Raijin. Japanese Superguns are ace but the shipping costs make them pricey over here.

      I bought a new AV7000 + Stick (the one pictured in SMBs post) fairly recently and I think it came to $500-ish including the shipping. Heavy as ****, so about $110 of that is just shipping costs.
      Worth it though, probably the best SG available at the moment.

        Better building your own one. You can make one just as nice a a Sigma if you use a metal casing. You'll also gain a proper understanding of how they work, so if it goes wrong you can fix it. Also, by building your own one you can customise it in anyway you see fit. By far the best option.

        Make sure you have a CRT though...
        Kept you waiting, huh?

          I have plenty of CRT TV's around the apartment, wouldn't get rid of them since all retro looks piss on modern TV's.

          However, I am stupid and a liability with a soldering iron. Making one would be a little out of my limited abilities.

            MVS Console

            Before I got a cab I made a couple of consolized MVS systems, they were great for playing and you can use standard NeoGeo sticks and memory cards.

                  AES sticks >>> all (unless it's custom built).

                    I prefer my MAS Systems jobbie. Does that count as being custom built?

                      Here, take a butchers:

                      I've got the standard 6-button model and it works with AES/MVS, PS/PS2 and Xbox.

                        Sigma FTW because;
                        - Great build quality w/ decent PSU
                        - Awesome RGB output (w/ adjustment on the AVs)
                        - Seimitsu controls
                        - Easy kick harness wiring
