The new series of Retro Core is out now on YouTube in HD and will uploaded to the official site in a matter of 2 hours (Just encoding the F4V file right now).

Retro Core has gone back to it's multi platform format in this new series featuring 4 games and ****e of the Month each volume. There's no ****e of the Month in volume 1 however due to time issues. The show will now run for 25 to 30 minutes which I feel is a perfect length.

Didn't realize you had a new series of this on the go. That's 2 hours of my night planned then.

Some great new videos there Yakumo, interesting I don't think some of those Clockwork Knight double pack cheats have been listed before on the net at least not in english!

Really under rated game Clockwork Knight and the second one was a big improvement, I always suspected however that Sega split the game in two.

You slightly annoyed me with your Virtual On: OT preview however as it's not the Dreamcast version that was released on XBLA, as you claim. Indeed it's a totally different version of the games as the DC one was only in 4:3 and is an earlier arcade revision the XBLA version has three extra character not found in the DC version and is the final revision of the arcade game that sadly never made it to DC. I'm a massive VO fan hence my complaining, not quite as big as a friend of mine, who would point out every change between both versions.

I'm not such a big fan of Virtual On. Well, I really like the series but not that much to care about little upgrades. This is why I thought it was based upon the DC game. I guess the average viewer wouldn't notice though.

I'm just working on the next show. It's going to feature some more hardware but what will it be? Something that should interest the Retro Gamer on a budget I think.

The new show is now up on the official site in 480p and a 720p download is available (best quality version). The YouTube version has now been processing for hours so I guess it should be ready soon. If you get a sad looking face on the YouTube link, please try again later.

Because I know you all love taking a look at Japanese hardware, this week Retro Core shows you Maicomsoft's XAV2-s RGB unit for your retro game consoles. As well as that there's the normal ****e of the Show (Strider 2), Star Wars on the 32X, Exhaust Heat 2 for the SFC, Thunder Blade (X68000 VS Mega Drive) and Castlevina Bloodlines.

Y'know, Retro Core used to be a decent thing to watch when eating dinner by myself. With your new '****e of the Month' intro though, now I have to make sure I'm *not* eating
