Fitting a region switch to a PAL Gamecube...

After my success with my Saturn 50/60Hz switch I'm dyign to mod my cube to allow US and JPN games to be played. Can I do this to a PAL cube? It's the most recent incarnation of the Cube i.e. No advanced A/V port. The guides I've seen all seem to focus on converting a US NTSC cube to allow JPN games.

Thanks guys. I just know there are peeps here who can give me a decent answer!

It can be modded but not simply like the jpn & usa cubes can, you'd need to install a modchip like a Qoob

Just buy a ntsc cube i picked a spare one up from here for ?20 just keep your eyes peeled on the sales forum. Then you can switch that & have 100% compatability as freeloader is flaky at the best of times.

Yes, both NTSC Bioses are on the NTSC mobo, PAL is not present.
However, if you're still looking to mod your PAL console, PM me.
