Don't know if it was an official Game & Watch or if it was an imitation but I clearly remember playing, at the time I was in Scouts (around 1991-3 maybe?) a handheld where you were this bloke who (memory hazy so details probably incorrect) jumped down a manhole and made your way rightwards through an ever-speeding-up maze until you reached... perhaps a bomb.
Bit sketchy on that one but I do remember the mazes were rightward scrolling and possibly 4 units in height and about 5 or 6 across. I think the fascia was white and the buttons/surrounds were either orange or burgundy.
