    Best handheld for retro emulation?

Hoping not to incur Adrian's wrath on this post

    Hi ladies and gents,
Had a nose around here and some other forums and hoping to find some sort of definitve answer. With a few new handhels out namely the Wiz and the Dingoo I wondered what is currently the best for emus? Namely CPS1, 2, Neo-Geo, Super Famicom and Mega-CD

I'm looking for pefect or near-perfect emulation of each system if poss. Having a PSP previously I know how good this was, and I wondering is this has been eclipsed yet? So essentially wondering what runs emu's etc. the best out of the GP2X F200, GP Wiz, PSP S'nL and Dingoo - think that's all!?

    Any help appreciated, ta.

For the CPS1, CPS2 and Neo Geo you can't go wrong with a PSP. However, not perfect Super Famicom and dunno about the M-CD.

The GP2X is old hat now. Most of the emulators on the 2X have been ported over to the Wiz. The Wiz has a beefier CPU, better screen (amazing black levels because of OLED) and an overall better form factor. Mind you, the controls are still bit ****.

CPS1 and NeoGeo were both good on the 2X, SNES and MegaCD were OK.

I'm waiting for the Wiz to mature a bit before I get one. I mean, there's not even a Speccy emulator out for it ffs! The PSP has a sh*tty widescreen (well, sh*t for retro) and the Dingoo looks a little underpowered, at least for SNES emulation. I wish I'd bought a GP2X F200 when they were available... they go for silly money on eBay now GPH have stoppped making them

The Pandora seems to be the one that's worth waiting for (mainly for Amiga emulation) but with the constant delays I picked up a Dell Mini 9 in the interim and combined with a wired Xbox pad you can't really go wrong.
