Is the PC-Engine version a re-make of the NES game?

Does it tie in with any other kid dracula games? GB for E.g.

Is there a website with this game on, screenshots or videos?

I saw the NES game running and it looks fantastic.

I know next to nothing about this title...

I think they are different franchises, as Kid Dracula NES/GB is developed and published by Konami.
