    PC Engine Value

Could someone help me out with a bit of pricing? Have a fully boxed Super CDRom2 and a modded PCE Core Grafx (not boxed) capable of taking Scart with a switch on the back for Turbo Grafx games. Nice little bundle for sure but don't see them on ebay often and wondering what a good start price or BIN would be?

Can't sell the CDRom unit seperate from the PCE because the aerial connector is dodgy, works just fine when it all runs through PCE scart mind.

I could also throw a few games in if anyone thinks that might help? Have had the thing for over 2 years so not really sure of what it's worth these days and ebay doesn't have any to shed some light at the moment.

Is it the AV out on the super CD-Rom thats knacked? If it is, it's going to affect the price. I sold a fully boxed Super Cd-Rom and Core grafx II (RGB modded) to a guy on here recently for £130 if i remember rightly. If you go the ebay route i'll warn you, consoles aren't always doing great money, depends what you have. For example, i sold two boxed white PC-Engines for over £130 each (but they were mint), but an unboxed Jap duo went for £52. It's really, REALLY hit and miss on there.

Not a clue. Only have the one Scart lead which works fine on the PCE but is a right pain on the CDRom, you need to keep wriggling it about or holding it set in place. The PCE was modded to take a Scart so the connectors all minty and new so not sure if its the cable or system.

If it was all working, i would imagine you'd get £100-120 for it and the core. But if the Super CD-Rom AV has had it, a bit less.
