PC Engine Scart conversion?

Anyone know anywhere that still does scart conversions for PC Engine systems? I have an un-modded white model that I would like to have a external scart mod done, with booster.

I have looked at doing it myself but since my last soldering effort blew up a dreamcast and mod chip I think it is safer for someone who isn't crap at it.

A guy who used to post on here probably still does them - chaoticjelly, you could try pm'ing him (his website is offline at the mo though)

This place might do them, they used to sell modded ones on ebay http://www.retro-accessories.co.uk/ (they sell mod kits if you did fancy having another go!!)

To convert my 2 machines including the colour booster would cost £160 plus postage

To get the best possible picture you need a colour amplifier though.

That just means adding a transistor to each wire. Still simple.

Yep, and i can't solder for toffee. There's no way i would attempt this myself.
