Official Russian Dreamcast Releases?

I seem to remember reading somewhere not too long ago that a limited number of Dreamcast games were officially released in Russian, complete with Russian language and text. Can anyone confirm is this was indeed the case and, if so, know of any list, pictures, videos or any idea how to get hold of them?

The only other non obvious regions that had releases were Brazil (re-branded US discs in portugese packaging) and Hong Kong (Mandarin) with one solitary release at the end of 2001.

I would of thought Hong Kong would be Cantonese.
