Oh i'm the worlds worst. Though i've been VERY good as far as not buying retro since the sell off. Though I am getting fed up with gaming altogether. When I bought the PS3 at xmas I was blown away by uncharted 2, and have bought loads of games since trying to get the same enjoyment, but it just ain't happening. Luckily PS3 games are cheap as chips so I don't feel guilty. The unfortunate thing is that the PS3 has NO shmups, so sometimes I regret it as my selection of main system. Though after buying a 360 recently and keeping it for about a week, I realised I couldn't have one of those noisy things in the house again. So maybe i'm just done with gaming altogether?

He has been the same since he was about 14 trust me. The bloke has always swapped and changed consoles.

Selling his US SNES and over 60 of the best games back in 1993 is where it all went wrong.

**** mate don't even remind me about that. Biggest gaming regret I ever had. Particularly when you see home much some of those Japanese games go for now.

Same here mate. I sold mine 4 years ago for £500. A nice sum yes but that 500 is long gone now.

I am like you, I have been whittling down the consoles and games over the past 2 years, the NeoGeo AES and games has gone (I owned Big Tournament Golf, Shocktroopers 2nd Squad and Metal Slug 3), the Neogeo CD and games, Master System and games, The SNES and tons of games has gone, The GBA and Gameboy..... The PC Engine I sold most of that on here.

Now I have started clearing out the Neogeo Pocket, sorting through the Dreamcast (I needed 32 titles for the full Pal collection), PS1, PS2, Xbox etc. If it sits there unplayed and I don't think I'll play it it's time to go.
The one I miss though is Shocktroopers 2nd Squad but was really desperate for money at the time =(
