You have to wait at least a week. He's got a 100% feedback so I'm guessing people don't give a **** because his prices are good.

He stated it was pal and came boxed and it turned up with just the cart. After I queried this I was told it was a mistake as it was a delisting and that he would refund me. I then found out that it was a fake and told him I would be leaving him negative feedback as he's giving eBay a bad name. No reply yet.

Isn't that going to remove his only reason to refund you though? If he knows you're leaving negative feedback anyway, I mean.

It gets better. He's now bought 2 of my buy it now auctions saying I can keep the money and the games and the GBA game. I've sent him a mail back as he's obviously doing this to leave me negative feedback.

Just make sure you keep all the emails between you, then you'll have all the evidence you need if he tries it on. And as said above, name him so others don't get bummed.

He has bought one game that's a little more expensive than what I bought from him. The fact is though is that if I accept it, i'm leaving myself open to negative feedback, something I don't deserve.

He's got 100% feedback, but as far as im concerned if you make a living selling GBA titles then you would spot a fake in an instant.
