New PSX emulator for the Wiz

Pandora is wonderful but I'm put off by the high price point and as there's no official support, it relies on dedicated users to put out the content.

It's one of the best looking handhelds available with the best controls and certainly one of the most powerful. If development continues apace and you can buy one without pre-ordering then that'll be one mightily tempting package.

My command of the Spanish language is precisely zero, but I would love to keep tabs of this.

If you use Google Chrome, the browser detects what language the page is in and offers to translate it. I have to say, as a fairly decent Spanish speaker (wife's Spanish) that it does a bloody good job. (Wikipedia gives more info as to why it's so good, but geeky)

The very idea of the PS1 Resident Evil Trilogy being playable on the move has never crossed my mind. If Ridge Type 4 emulation was perfect was well then I'll buy one like a shot.

All three Biohazard (RE) games have been available on the PSN for some time now. Ridge Racer 4 is due out too.

Not for PSX emulation; the PSP still trumps it. Not played on a hacked PSP enough to comment on whether it's worth it overall but I can tell you that SNES emulation on the Wiz sh*ts on the PSP. With the latest version version of DrPocketSNES pretty much every non-SFX SNES game is a solid 60fps. In contrast, the PSP SNES emulator I played on was choppy as hell.

Got my CFW PSP uptodate and played PicoDrive on it again.

I tell ya, the screen on my old 1001 PSP is crap compared to the Wiz. Too much blurring to make it playable. The screen on the Wiz really is mint.

Oh, and PicoDrive 1.8 is out for Wiz, with 32X (slow) compatibility

Yeah, it's ace apart from the fact that Japanese MCD support is now broken

Nice to be able to play SMS games though
