Honestly, don't bother rotating it if you're not familiar with cabs and monitors, its not worth the risk.

As long as you can lift the monitor safely there really isn't anything to it literally a 10 minute job.

It might be on an astro, but not an an E3 or AWSD. Not something you'd want to be doing every couple of days.

Even with an Astro its not something I'd want to do every day, the monitor is bloody heavy.
