I found this website today which catalogues all of the unused data in the Metal Slug games (like Metal Slug 3 assets left in Metal Slug X) and lots of concept artwork which is interesting to see.

It details how to access some of the test levels too if you want to try it out with an emulator! Fascinating to see all the stuff that was left out of the early games.

Does RG have an electronic version? Getting an issue here is very hard and expensive.
