Help identifying a reg card

Can anyone help me identify which game this reg card is from? It was in a SFC copy of Prince of Persia but I'm pretty sure it doesn't belong there:

The company looks like Imagineer.

Yep, it's from an imagineer game meaning it's from a crap game. There's no product code so it could be from anything. How about a photo of the other side?

6th question down asks you to rate "Populous", so that. For SFC per the question above that.

Actually the card is from Populous. There are quite a few mentions of the game but the 1st question is the big give away.

Thought I would resurrect this as I have another one for you, pretty sure its from a PC Engine game:

Naxat Soft didn't make any PC Engine games according to this list.
There's no mention of a title that I can see, it looks like a generic response card.

Naxat Soft made loads of PC-Engine games.

yeah, aren't all the Kunio games by Naxat?

They were probably one of the best publishers on the system. Kaze Kiri, devil crash, 1943, downtown nekketsu monogatari, spriggan, coryoon, W ring are all published by them and there's more. Didn't click on Kryss' link, but don't know why it's saying they did no games on the system.

Bingo, I think this is from Kaze Kiri! I just googled it and it matches the reg shown in a few of the images
