Help me remember a PS1 Football game

I'm trying to remember a PS1 football game, it was released quite early into the life of the PS1. The only thing I can remember about is when you fouled another player the ref would have a word with you and could press buttons or the dpad to wave your arms and you could end up hitting the ref and getting sent off.

If anyone can remember this I'd really appreciate it.

I want to say it was Adidas Power Soccer, think I may only know this because of a demo disc.
Let me just find a youtube video and check.

I don't know if that was it. Don't know why it was the first to come to mind, it does have an arcade mode where you can flying kick people in the face though.
