Cool game used to have this at my local arcade had like 4 wheels and you all look down at the screen in the middle. Never seen any home versions tbf.

Yep, that's the one. There's also a two player version as well but I think the 4 player is the most common version.

I remember finding Victory Road in an arcade and being weirded out that Ikari Warriors had a sequel that went in that sci-fi/fantasy direction so hard. I guess strange swerves in games sequels was a common thing back then.
