PSP minis

This may sound like a stupid question but how do you access the PSP minis on PSN?

Is it US accounts only?

I've just seen that Prehistoric Isle in 1930 was released as a PSP mini but I can't find them anywhere. I've searched the UK and JPN PSNs on both PSvita and PS3 and I can't see them

Was it something specific to the PSP only?

Not its definitely there as I have it on my vita - use snk as a search and that might find it

But use the vita as there is a mini section where they are all listed alphabetically

The only one for some reason I could t get to work on my vita is street smart things like POW all work great

Actually I lied...
I only tried the JPN PSN on the vita.
Did I read some where that it's compatible with PS3? Can you get them on the PS3 PSN store too?

Does anyone know if they released PSP minis on JPN PSN?

According to wiki there were a lot of titles that weren't released on the JPN PSN, not sure why though. :-/
