Sony Trintiron Solid State 70's TV

I really want this TV for Famicom Stuff. I know it can only do RF.
What would you advise. I'm totally in Love with it!

My mate had a set like this growing up, he's probably rid of it now but we used it to play PS2 games.

Keep an eye out on eBay I guess? Sadly I think people are so likely to bin something like this rather than sell it though, like most CRT.

There has been completed listings of this set at ?20-?50 which is good enough. Sadly, one ended in my home town just 32 minutes after I was looking (with a winning bid)

I have a LG TV/Monitor for Wii U (as it stands) and I've decided to focus on just the famicom again, rather than tons of hardware, so, RF will be good enough.

I'll keep looking, if I Land one, i'll take shots and update thread :-)

I should post a link to a certain thread on shumps.system11. A guy collects vintage portable CRT, they're stunning. Will get the link later.

          Nice one Speedy, thank you

Its what I've been doing all morning, looking at mainly 70's sets, also the 1st Trinitron model.

The pic I posted was the one that grabbed me the most, I did see some stunning sets tho, so much character.
