The Cave PC arrived broken. I fixed it and improved it
Modular PSU
Case fans
SSD
Removed excess cable clutter for better airflow.
It's still programmed badly though. If you play the stages out of order, then it sometimes bluescreens.
You can't get life cake if you play in the wrong order, so that's ok
Wait, so is that how it works? It's effectively a computer that you connect to the monitor and controls inside the cab? Does it run Windows, or something else? Enquiring minds want to know.
It's some version of "Windows XP Lite" if I remember correctly. Lots of the JVS hardware is PC based, the only real difference is they have JVS I/O cards inside them, and some custom firmware.

Cool.. looking at those games really stirs the nostalgia for '80s gaming. When you would go in WHSmith and Boots to play all the latest games.
