Because I ****ing live off Trello, I have the steps on my note board for the Miyoo Mini Plus... Please don't judge, my memory is appalling but my note taking is exceptional.

Perfect CRT Filter is amazing. To activate it:
    Press Select + Home
    On Main Menu press Quick Menu > On Screen Overlay > Overlay Preset > 4-3 > CRT > Perfect_CRT > Perfect_CRT-noframe.cfg

Now we need to save it for all games on the console you’re currently in. To do so:
On Main Menu press Quick Menu > Overrides > Save Content Directory Overrides.

When you say 'Home' button do you mean the 'Menu' button? I tried doing that from the main menu (Favourite/Games/Apps/Settings), but it doesn't seem to do owt. Is it done in game by bringing up RetroArch?

EDIT: My bad, yes in the RetroArch menu. The first system I tried was GBA, but the setting you recommend (No frame) leaves grey-ish gaps at the top and bottom of screen, so I changed that to the 240 version which fixes that. I guess you just pick and choose with fits best. But yeah, nice scanline filter.

Ohh, the CRT Filter is for games that used a CRT, like a MegaDrive, SNES, PlayStation etc.

The GameBoy used an LCD Screen, so you're looking for Overlay Preset > GB-GBC > Then either Perfect GB or Perfect GB Colour. Let us know how you get on as they look epic!

EDIT: Ha! I noticed you said GBA not GB or GBC but you should see that GBA option on that top level menu for what screen you would like.

Wait till you see the GB, GBC and GBA filters though. They're a stunning recreation of how the original screens looked!

I'm really enjoying the new GDK Pixel II. Plays a load of stuff really well. And it's built like a brick!

Got some SakuraRetroModding buttons installed, they're like little galaxies of SNES's.

Noice! They feel any different than the stock buttons? Do you know if we can improve the dpad?

Hook me up with some vendors please!

Feels nicer than the stock; Feels a little heavier, smaller but the same kind of reaction when pressed. Really love them, the visual difference is the big one though.

Here's the buttons from SakuraRetroModding if you're interested. D Pad options are available from him and other people on Etsy, although I know there's some issues with D Pads as Miyoo have silently updated the Mini Plus, and apparently there's some issues with the case getting in the way of old D Pad housing. So I'm going to stay away till the community have worked out the issues and have new parts available.

Anyone got one of these handheld systems (that's not a Steam Deck type "powerhouse") that can potentially run the Ridge Racer back catalogue?

Probs looks at emulation systems of arcade (Miyoo Mini+ can do this, but can MAME handle Rave Racer?), PS1 (can do this), N64, PS2, 360, PS3, PSP, Vita etc

Would love a RR folder on my device

Anbernic just stopped all shipments to the USA due to the tariff situation. Now Trump has upset gamers... Let's see how that works out for him.

Thanks. Yeah, I was surprised by how well those linx ports of Sonic Mania, Wipe out and Half Life ran.
Some of the emulation is patchy on things like N64, Saturn and Dreamcast but still, the overall package is very nice.
