Pasocom Mini japanese PC yeah ANOTHER mini system yay lol

Just literally spotted this on Amazon Japan in their ever so useful you may like this item bit of the page. I had no idea this thing even existed both in it's original form and it's release mini version. It looks like some old Japanese pc hardware but old computers is way out of my knowledge level as i really never delved into that stuff much. It's pretty neat but that price man it's steep at 27,000 i don't even know if this is some home made kit kind of thing or a proper fully manufactured thing as on Amazon Japan kit stuff does get sold. It does look neat and seeing old Japanese 8 bit pc games is kind of interesting as it's a glimpse into a world i never got to see. Does anyone know anything about it? Looks like it has 21 built in PC8001 games, no idea which though.

I'll provide some pics and links to amazon, seems to have a separate base unit. Not sure if it's like Sega's megacd addon where it's just cosmetic or it actually does something.

Looks like a C64 mini type deal but for a much earlier system. Apparently it was actually sold here as the NEC PC-8001B but its way before my time. Can't imagine it did too well, the PC-88 succeeded it in Japan.

But this one stands out and looks quite impressive for what it is imo.



Pretty cool little system. They should have added two USB ports though, so you can use a pad and keyboard at the same time without a USB hub.
