Today i was flicking through the channels and i came across a old tv show which i loved as a kid gamesmasteri the show still rules even to today standards .
the reviews are still bad but its works for the show short and sweet ,conpairing it to game pad which i hold dear to my hart but gamesmaster gives me a warm feeling which i feel close to my hart gamesmaster still rules

Yeah, I watch Gamesmaster when I can on Challenge TV. It's still as good as ever. As retro seems to be quite trendy at the moment, the reviews still hold up.

That was Dave "Games Animal" Perry. He sulked when he ****ed up a section of Mario64 and everyone laughed at him, claiming it to be a huge fix. LOL.

Anyone remember the special episode (forget the occasion) when they had what happens next and for Dave Perry they showed sonic running to the end of a stage.

"Well, dr Robotnik comes and a boss battle starts..."

Cut to sonic running again...then a Japanese Ninja jumps burst out of a cage and shoots a laser beam out of his forehead destroying every one!!

Funniest thing in the world, though I guess its only funny if you know what I'm talking about.

i remember the late night edition they did with all adult themed or gory games on it . Like katsumi ninja, doom2 and mortal kombat and i think there were a couple of porno games on there.

I also remeber going to the gamesmaster show @ the NEC in dec 1997 (might of been 98 not sure) The event had hundreds of arcade machines there, my dad and i went on the last day and all the machines were on free play all day ! Had an absoultley brillaint day

But I too went to the Gamesmaster show. December 1992 I believe it was. For a 13 year old games fan, it was heaven. Tonnes of new games to play (the first time I played Super Mario Kart and Sonic the Hedgehog 2) plus lots of arcade games set to freeplay (I cleared Simpsons arcade game 3 times on one day ). I also remember the Nintendo stand had a big video wall where they hosted Street FIghter 2 challenges. Seem to remember I stayed on for about 8 or 9 fights before some uber-Guile player handed me my ass. I then went back to the arcade area with the Champion Edition machine and it turns out that's where all the good SF players were. I got beat down several times.

Ian Botham's son. He played a bit of cricket before deciding to concentrate on rugby. I think he plays for Newcastle or someone now.

If you don't know who Ian Botham is he's one of the best cricketers this country ever produced. He also played a bit of footy for Scunthorpe. Nowadays he's a cricket commentator for Sky.
