recommend me some neo-geo games

hi there, looking to get hold of some neo-geo games.

can anyone recommend me some decent games for the system (BUT NOT fighters)

Pulstar, viewpoint and Blazing star are all awesome shooters, and the metal slug series are superb too but not in the same league as Pulstar

Thrash Rally (which I got today) is a very, very fun game. Reminds me of Skidmarks from the amiga somehow with its handling

Apart from that, all my games are 2d fighters

Last Resort, if you love R-TYPE, you will also like this.

Burning Fight, if you like Final Fight, this is basically the Neo version.

There are loads of simple but enjoyable scrolling fighters on the Neo Geo, some of my old faves include Robo Army and Mutation Nation.

Only buy these if you like short sweet mayhem and if they are really cheap

People seem to forgive average and poor games just because they are on the Neo Geo... ^_^;

I'm going to recommend five though...

(Note, some of these games are expensive on AES but you can pick them up quite cheaply on Neo Geo CD and next to a few minutes loading are no sodding different to the AES versions...)
