If you click on your User CP in the blue bar towards the top, in the menu that appears on that page it's near the bottom under "miscellaneous" > "paid subscriptions."

Don't know the details off hand, but we'd prefer new users get involved in forum discussion as well. You don't need to pay to get access to the gaming trade forum though. It's free once promoted to regular user.
