Skimlinks optout

I've added a skimlinks optout in the forum settings. If you want the site to continue to exist, please don't click it (just putting it there for data protectiony stuff).

What is skimlinks and how does it make you teh monies?

If you click a link to ebay or whatever on the site, the site gets a tiny commission if you then purchase anything from ebay as a thank you for sending business their way. In some of the forums (like the get answers forum), it also takes some words and changes them into links. It has been in place for years, which (combined with the Blueroom membership option) means I don't have to plaster the site in adverts. \o/

GDPR regulations might mean I have to offer the option to optout of it happening, but rather than wait to find out, I'm just putting it in place already.
