tbh, I'm happy enough with it. Obviously I'm not going to be sitting, but I'm quite content missing out on any pittage and standing back - did pretty much the same thing last time I saw 'em too. Wasn't even going to go until a mate said an ex offered him a ticket, thought I'd join in the japes on the strength of recent set lists. If they play We're in this Together, I'm going to wee.

You don't have a ****ing clue mate. I'm left absolutely gutted that I can't experience this sort of thing EVERY DAY. This is exactly the sort of stuff that makes me want to quit my job, become a bum, and then get into music more seriously. Going to gigs like this just makes me jealous and angry in the end.

They seem to be pretty diverse in that they seem to play random sets every night with the obligatory tunes thrown in...

Woohoo, Shins at Wolverhampton Civic Hall, not a bad little venue, to be honest. Thought I was done for when Ticketmaster screwed my order up (I had gift vouchers to use up) but managed to get 3 tickets from tickets.com. 26th March, can't blummin' wait.

Went to see Deftones at Rock City, last night, bloody good stuff, opened with 'Be Quiet...' ended with '7 words', cant say fairer than that really

Support were 'quality' (by that i mean hilariously cliche, me and my mates were pissing ourselves at how much the rhythm guitarist looked like Howard Moon) too.

Next gig is Clutch on April 12th, can't wait!
