Nine years later the Red Dwarf crew are older but still none the wiser. Lister's busy day of annoying Rimmer is interrupted by the discovery of a dimension-hopping leviathan in the ship's mile-deep water tank.

Rimmer's replacement, Katerina (Sophie Winkleman), is determined to guide Lister back to his home planet. But Earth in 2009 is not everything the boys had expected, and Rimmer has no intention of being replaced.

Can somebody spoiler the events of the final series. I kind of lost interest when they brought that girl in and had massive sets and CGI and that...really looking forward to these tho!

Fav episodes were Back To Reality and the polymorph one that sucked your forehead and changed into Lister's undies.

Brings back a flood of wonderful memories this show. In fact i ordered the entire box set last night, can't wait to watch the entire series back to back. Its a huge shame its taken this long to bring it back, even if its only a couple of episodes. The bbc was out of their mind to not bring it back themselves.
