No idea. But don't they send you a digital download on the 7th? That will keep me going if the physical copy takes a while to arrive. If this snow continues, it might slow things up - at least where I am.
Anyone heard anything about the Tron Evolution PSP game? It's on PSN now and I'm so Tron hyped, I'm tempted to go for it but I haven't heard a thing about the PSP game and the description doesn't fit with what's on the bigger consoles. Anyone know anything about it?

Well that's Harry. May as well be Famitsu scores.
Still, this film could have the worst reviews ever, Last Airbender reviews, and there is still no way I could possibly miss it. I'm so all about Tron right now. Look! Zombie Sark - http://yfrog.com/fyvui0j

I really should watch the original before Legacy's released. I think I've seen it when I was younger but can't really remember. It was on Disney channel a few months back and I watched the middle.
I bought this magazine called Dazed and Confused as it had a groovy DP interview. Here's a bit:
"A music theatre, downtown. As members of the mechanical orchestra slowly assemble themselves, two robot figures have taken to the stage. Thomas sits down calmly at the grand piano, lights reflecting off his silver head and hands, and plays a Bach prelude amid the faded grandeur of the empty theatre. Guy-Man stands beside him, curved visor impassively facing front, and the few people present fall silent."
As for the soundtrack, I forgot they'll probably send it after it's released, rather than earlier. I'm so used to preordering games, that's why
Forgot about the digital download. That'll be my main listening source, with the CD probably sitting on the shelf next to my Japanese Discovery!

I know I'm going to end up seeing this, I'm curious to see if it gains more traction with people than the original did as Disneys plans for the franchise seem extensive. Out of the peeps I know I'd say I'm one of the types that this film would traditionally most appeal to but having seen now the final trailer I haven't had one moment which hasn't left me kinda cold. The whole thing looks very style of substance, kinda soulless. I'm wondering if it'll be more a word of mouth deal as no-one I know seems interested by it. That said, quite a few are really looking forward to Little Fockers

I'd say a lot less dialogue than Avatar, not cheesy this time but just a bit crappy. Except Jeff who gets all the best lines, The Dude is back man. Some real miss-steps though, like the
David Bowie club owner
who was just awful, but overall I did enjoy it a lot. The young Jeff is pretty incredible, what they can do now days with computers eh?! As for the 3D, its got some nice depth in places and pulls of a proper old school jump out the screen effect at a key moment. Looking forward to checking some of the fine detail on a BluRay release as that stuff gets lost in this blurry format imo. At its best the film reminded me in places of Cashern,
some of the shots during the jet fight at the end
, the light effect is beautifully used throughout and the soundtrack for the first half is amazing - but felt a bit Matrix towards the end going for dramatic power rather than playful originality. That may be more to do with the last 3rd not containing any drama though...he says trying not get killed by the Daft Punk fans...Last edited by spagmasterswift; 03-12-2010, 09:39.

My memory of the film is mainly based on the arcade game, so he drives a light cycle and shoots a disc at the master brain and then some spiders chase him.
Whilst stood under a UV light.
Avoided seeing most things about Legacy as I'd like to see all the amazing imagery with fresh eyes.
