Calling it "The top ten worst films that aren't actually that bad" is to imply that this is a list of the ten worst ever pretty decent films. With the title they are saying this is a worst list when it's actually a best of list. The list is actually of "the ten films that people love to hate but don't actually deserve it".
Im being picky I know. But IGN always get the names of their lists completely wrong and it gets on my nerves a bit.
