What a tune. The 70s sound, the celtic vibe, the poetry, the Arthurian, spiritual and religious references. It's genius. Probably my favourite song of all time. I love it's ambiguity, it's mystery...

                "And we was contemplatin' Baba,
                William Blake and the Eternals
Goin' down to the Sisters of Mercy
                Lookin' for the Veedon Fleece
                Behind the Sun"

'Behind the Sun'. Is that not the most beautiful line ever written. Three simple words. But how it captures the imagination. What imagery it conjures. A golden, mystical, magical place behind the setting Sun.

Exquisite, and nearly 25 years old.

^ I do like Bjork. Her authenticity is something to admire.

                      Great slice of psychedelia.

Bought a few cheap 2nd hand soundtracks to update my ipod shuffle (I say mine, I found my stepdad's old one he rarely used he said I could have) for the gym as well as some music ideas for future wedding ideas.

^ Ahh, memories. Reminds me of stuff like this:

They made some good tunes in the 80s. Not so much any more. Popular music I mean. There's always good independent music around if you know where to look, but pop music has been in decline for a very long time.
